Here is my homily from the 10am Mass on Mar. 11, 2018. This was for the 4th Sunday of Lent, using the Year A readings for the First Scrutiny. The scrutinies are special rites done during Mass as part of the journey for those being baptized at Easter.

Readings: 1 Samuel 16.1,6-7,10-13; Psalm 23; Ephesians 5.8-14; John 9.1-41 (See the readings at usccb.org.)

We’d love to have you at Mass! Mass times at Holy Spirit Parish are: Saturday, 5pm; Sunday, 10am, 12 noon, and 7pm.
